These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure to enforce a right does not waive future enforcement.
Product Restrictions
The Real Estate Lead Engine Program is limited to 2 partners per purchase. Purchasers are not able to add, share or duplicate the content provided.
Right To Cancel
You, the Customer/Buyer, may cancel your Purchase/Agreement without fees at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction or receipt of the product, whichever is later.
Refunds & Guarantee Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be simple and fair while protecting the integrity of the LeadEngine system.
1. Initial 3-Day Cancellation Window (Right to Cancel): You may cancel your purchase without penalty by midnight of the third business day after the date of transaction or receipt of the product, whichever is later.
2. Early Setup Refunds (15 Days): A one-time, “no questions asked” refund may be requested within the first 15 days of purchase, provided campaigns have not yet launched and ad spend has not begun. Once campaigns are live and leads are being generated, this early refund option is no longer available.
3. 90-Day Performance Guarantee: LeadEngine is structured as a 90-day program. To qualify for the Guarantee, You agree to:
Maintain a minimum ad spend of $500 per month for three consecutive months, and Engage with leads delivered through the system.
If, after completing the full 90-day program, You have not received quality leads or booked appointments, You may request a full refund of the setup fee. Refund requests under this Guarantee must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of completing the 90-day program.
Important Notes
The setup fee is non-refundable except as outlined in this Refunds & Guarantee Policy.
Early cancellations or lack of lead follow-up do not qualify for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
